Service Description

One of the most interesting and truly unforgettable experiences in São Miguel would be to see the lakes of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo. Starting in the capital Ponta Delgada a short trip will be done to see and learn about this beautiful town. When we take the road to Sete Cidades there will be stops with overview over the north villages and ocean. Our first main attraction will be the "Miradouro da Boca do Inferno", a breath taking panoramic overview. We continue our trip to Sete Cidades where the Blue & Green lake can be seen from top and then we will drive down to the low part of the lake . Of course we will explore the town and explore a incredible long time builded tunnel under the mountains. A short break will be done by request for lunch. The next stop will be the most famous view called "Vista Do Rei" and also the south side of the ocean of Sete Cidades. Taking the uphill on the south side will take us to the truly special Lagoa do Fogo where we can have more than 3 stops to take unforgetable pictures. As this is our special tour we have included a stop at the waterfall of "Cascata do Salto do Cabrito" and sight seeing of the city Ribeira Grande. What could be better than ending the all day tour at the Liquor, Rum and Gin tastings at the factory "Lady Capote"? Covid-19 Information All required protective equipment is provided.
